Water analysis is the study of the chemical, physical and biological properties of water.

Water treatment plant
Analysis of water treatment plant helps to know the quality of raw water received as according to the manufacturer, the performance of the plant e.g., Total hardness of softened water will determine whether the resins are still in good condition, analysis of treated or permeate water to help to know the condition of membranes etc. analysis are done using prime lab 1 a multitest photometer, combined pH,TDS,salinity & conductivity meter as well as Hach DR 890 a calorimeter machine, reports are shared on weekly basis.

Boiler water
Boiler water is analyzed to ensure the chemicals are balanced in the systems as well as to know status of the boiler e.g., if pH is below limit, pH booster is required to be dosed.
If boiler water is very duty physically blowdown is required to increase efficient of the boiler
Phosphates analysis of boiler water if below limits dosing is required etc. analysis done using prime lab 1 a multitest photometer, PH meter(combined) etc. analysis report is shared on weekly basis.

Cooling water
Cooling water is chemically, physically, and biologically analyzed.
Cooling water chemical analysis-done to balance chemical in the system e.g., if corrosion inhibitors (Nitrites solution) are below limits, dosing is required to ensure chances of corrosion are minimized.
Cooling water physical analysis- done to ensure water is clean enough has no impurities like oils suspended etc.
Cooling water biological analysis- done when consumptions are too high to check presence of bacteria or yeast (microorganisms in cooling water) done using dip slides, if microorganisms are presence all water must be drained, and cleaning has to be done as failure to that corrosion may occur since chemical in system is not well maintained.
